I hope that you and your family have remained healthy and safe during this trying time. At this time, everyone should have received correspondence from the Atlantic District (AAHA) on the player procurement process for next season. In accordance with their policies, we are opening registration for the 2020-2021 season. Families can register online now; any families that have previously registered prior to the COVID-19 shutdown, do not need to fill out any additional registration. For those families who are more comfortable with the paper application, we have attached an updated version to this email. For families that have previously submitted tryout registrations, the monies paid towards tryouts will now be applied to your 2020-2021 tuition. For families registering now for the 2020-2021 season, the $75 fee will be applied to your child’s 2020-2021 tuition. Please note registration deadline is May 29!
Please note we have made reductions to the previously posted tuitions and will be releasing the updated information this Friday. That being said, we are aware there is a great deal of uncertainty for the 2020-2021 season and will continue to monitor leading up to the June 11 signing period to see if this warrants any further adjustments. In addition to the adjusted tuitions and smaller initial deposits to help our families, the AAHA has set through a financial hardship clause which in the case of an unexpected hardship later this spring or summer due to COVID-19, you child will be able to get a release and a refund on the tuition that has been paid to date.
